Jackie's practice focuses on litigation with a focus on employment, shareholder disputes, contractual matters, construction law and insurance matters. She also has substantial involvement in the firm’s land use practice including litigation relating to roads, boundaries and access. Jackie received her BA from Holy Cross and her JD from the University of California Hastings College of Law. She received the National Best Brief at the John Marshall Moot Court competition while in law school. She previously worked for Duane Morris in San Francisco, California which is a very large international law firm. Jackie did work on insurance, professional liability and general litigation while at Duane Morris.
