Jeff JoyceJeff received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maine at Orono and his M.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University. He spent 8 years developing software and providing project management for the Department of Defense, both as a government employee and as a private contractor. He then received his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Jeff served as an editor on the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal and completed clerkships with the school’s Intellectual Property Clinic, the Maine Attorney General’s office, and with the York County District Attorney’s office.
