As a civil engineer, Quinn has extensive experience in construction law, architect malpractice, commercial transactions, zoning and personal injury litigation. Quinn received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono in 1988, with a concentration in structural and construction engineering and he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1991, where he served on the Law Review. He also received his LL.M from the University of California School Of Law at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1993. Prior to working 11 years as a staff attorney for the Maine Supreme Court, Quinn was an associate attorney with Lane Powell Spears Lubersky in Seattle, WA.
