Acquisition And Sale Of Businesses:
Trinidad
Helping our client, Angostura Ltd, of Trinidad, acquire a glassware company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The acquisition is a strategic fit for Angostura, Ltd, which is one of the oldest bitters distillers in the world. As Angostura grows its beverages business in the US, the Las Vegas firm will provide distinctive glassware and marketing functions for expanding the sales of Angostura's products. Our legal work involved negotiating the terms of the sale, and preparing an employment contract that provided for the former owner to remain as the chief executive officer.
