Workouts, Foreclosures And Chapter 11:

As the real estate market has softened, both our creditor and debtor clients have increasingly needed our services, ranging from projects involving foreclosing on prime ocean front property in Yarmouth, Maine to negotiated resolutions of debt on a substantial manufacturing facility in Sanford, Maine. With workouts and chapter 11 work, we use our unique abilities to maximize the financial position of our client. The foreclosure work on the Yarmouth ocean front property involved resolving mechanic liens and working with the auctioneer to maximize the sale price of each lot. In many other cases, we are representing business owners who are under pressure from their lender. Our task is to make the lender understand that we will devise an exit strategy that is good for the bank and the client.
