Perkins Olson Leads Outward Bound, Inc. Reorganization:
San Francisco, Denver, St. Paul, Rockland, Baltimore, Philadelphia
Dave Perkins and Jeff Joyce served as lead counsel for Outward Bound, Inc., working with the Outward Bound Board of Directors and management team, in reorganizing the national Outward Bound organization into six regional, independent non-profit corporations. Outward Bound, Inc., a Delaware based non-profit corporation, will now coordinate programs at a national level. The regional non-profit corporations, which are organized under the laws of Maryland, Pennsylvania, California, Minnesota, Colorado, and Maine own the individual assets, manage the fundraising, set the goals and direct the programs for their organization.
